Two of the nicest clients you'll ever meet approached Coastwide Fitouts to price their shop on recommendation from the 'Bistro 916' and 'Pellegrino 2000' team.

The brief was an old school fish and chip shop where the owner hand cuts his own chips and serves locally caught fresh fish.

Once the job was awarded to us we got stuck into work in lovely Coledale and begun the defit of the old takeaway shop.

The colour pallet inspired from the existing mosaic entry tiles gave birth to this new and exciting project.

All new coolroom, cooking line and hood went into the space along with many custom stainless steel benches, shelving and wall panelling to front and back of house. We lifted the ceiling (green section) to create a grand entrance and lined the wall with custom joinery shelving. All kitchen and servery floors were epoxy coated and vinyl was laid in the customer area. 

A big effort from our plumbing and electrical contractors really helped on getting this one over the line.

What really cemented that old school feel was the extremely skilled sign writer who gold leaf hand painted the window.
